Have you ever thought about learning Reiki? For yourself? For your loved ones? For your pets? Personal or business?

No prior experience or skills are required. Awaken the healing energy that is already inside of you.

There are three levels ("degrees") of Reiki.

• Level 1 focuses mostly on the Self and physical body. You can also facilitate Reiki as a practitioner.
• Level 2 focuses more on the energy bodies, introduces the hand symbols, and distance healing. 
• Level 3 consolidates the first two levels, introduces more hand symbols and enables the now Reiki Master to teach and attune future students (you do not have to intend to teach Reiki if you study level 3)

This course includes a manual, Reiki attunement, and Reiki Certificate.

Why THIS Reiki Workshop?

What makes this Reiki Class different?

I don't just "teach a Reiki class." 

I teach humans about Reiki and we explore how you can bring your own unique gifts to the world - during and after our workshop.

Before Our Session: 

Required: You will receive a reading by email about the origins of Reiki (approx 1 hr)

Optional and Recommended: Sign up for an in-person Reiki Session for yourself at a discounted rate ($85)

During Our session: 

Part informational/part experiential (demos and practices). 

After Our Session: 

Required for Level II and Recommended: A 21-day cleanse/ self care practice is recommended (and beautiful).

Optional and Recommended: Join the Reiki Shares to practice in community (usually on a Sunday for 1.5 hours) for group practice and Q+A. Ongoing mentorship and follow up is available - I'm always an email/message away.

Reiki Level II will be available later this year and Level III runs August as a day workshop and in September/October (3 evenings series).
