No prior experience or skills are required. Awaken the healing energy that is already inside of you.
There are three levels ("degrees") of Reiki.
Level 1 focuses mostly on the Self and physical body. You can also facilitate Reiki as a practitioner.
Level 2 focuses more on the energy bodies, introduces the hand symbols, and distance healing.
