Reiki Level II

Welcome, beautiful soul!  

Reiki Level II is for folks who have completed Reiki Level I (including the 21 day self commitment sometimes called the 21 day cleanse). Perhaps you wish to become a community practioner, add Reiki healing to your other modalities (massage, acupuncture, naturopathics, yoga) in person or at a distance.

This session is the second level (or degree). Here's what we will cover:

• Revelation of the Reiki symbols
• The meaning of each symbol and how to use them
• Receive your Reiki empowerment (called Reiju)
• Reiki Level II attunement ceremony that connects you with the Usui Reiki symbols
• Practice the new symbols with a classmate
• Demo and Practice: Distance healing techniques
• Review: Sensing Energy and Boundaries/Grounding
• Review: Gassho meditation
• Practice: Byosen Scanning-Scanning the energy field
• Practice: Kenyoku - dry brushing or clearing of the energy field
• Gyoshi ho - Sending Reiki with the eyes
• Helpful Reiki treatment tips
• The heart-centered line of work
• Ethics, Standards of Practice, Documentation
• Q&A

Before Our Session:

Required: 

*Reiki Level I and 21 day self reiki routine. 

*Please provide your Reiki Level 1 Certificate before the session if attuned with another facilitator.

Optional and Highly Recommended: 

*Sign up for an in-person Reiki Session for yourself at a discounted rate. 

*Attend a Reiki Share. If you've just started your Reiki journey, try Reiki with a few folks.

During Our session:

Part informational/part experiential (demos and practices). See Course Outline.

We aim to finish at 5, but please do not leave with questions unanswered.

After Our Session:

Required for Level III: (Aug 20th or 3-part series in the fall)

*Complete 10+ Reiki in-person case studies using the log for at least 2 different people.

Optional and Recommended: 

*You may sign up for a 2 hour follow-up where you can facilitate Reiki on myself or someone else and receive coaching and answers to any follow-up questions (included). 

*Join a Reiki Share to continue your practice in the support of our community.

Breaks are scheduled in. There will be some herbal tea available.

Please bring your lunch and snacks and wear comfortable clothing/ dress in layers (even in the summer!)

Bring slippers/comfy socks if you like as we will be practicing/standing too.

Groups are intentionally small for lots of talk and experiential time. If you have any questions, I'm here.

This is at a home studio.  There are two resident dogs- the dogs do not frequent the studio space but may be a consideration for folks with severe allergies.  The address will be sent out upon payment for the class. Thank you.
