BYOD Bring Your Own Dog YOGA

DOWNWARD DOG WITH YOUR BFF!

Please read carefully so everyone can have a PAWS-itive experience!

Beginners welcome! One doggo per human!

Dogs will be on leash with their human for the duration of the class. 

*Retractable leashes* and "Gentle Leaders" will NOT be allowed.

This Class is Great for....Well Behaved Dogs Who...

*are non-reactive and already socialized

*are in good health; up to date on all vaccinations

*are comfortable and calm in the presence of other doggos

*have never been in a fight of any form or who have acted aggressively towards any people or any other dog

Even though dogs are leashed - we are in an enclosed area with multiple dogs. While your dog is the WORLD to you and is the most AMAZING dog - please be realistic and fair to your dog when deciding if this is a good activity for you and your dog. This is a yoga class after all- let's keep calm and yoga on!

This Class is Great for....Humans Who

*want to do activities with their dog 

*want to bond even more with their dog

*want to improve their wellbeing

*are looking for a place to safely move with their dogs indoors during unfavourable walking weather!

*have a sense of humour and are willing to try new things! 

*are cleared to participate in physical activity through their physician

FAQs and Agreeements

*No interacting with other dogs/talking throughout the class to "keep the calm"

*No toys or food items will be allowed during the class

*Pick up after your dog (we have poop bags, paper towel and spray)

Before the Class:

*Participants will be asked to read the waiver thoroughly; sign and adhere to the policies for the safety of the group to contribute to a calm atmosphere. 

*Participants will walk their dog around outside for a potty break to limit interrupting your yoga practice to clean up after your pup

To Bring:

Your PUP! One pup per human

A 6 foot leash (retractables and gentle leaders not allowed)

A yoga mat for yourself. 

Water bottle

Optional: A yoga mat for your doggo.

CALM DOGS ONLY PLEASE!

You are responsible and liable for the actions of your dog. 

For the safety and wellbeing of the humans and canines in the group - reactive dogs may be asked to leave at the discretion of the instructor.
