About the event
Looking for a way to practice self care or to balance out the busy-ness of the week?
Leave work from home mode as you slow down and restore.
The entire class is in seated or laying down while meltiing into pillows and blankets.
New to restorative? Why not make this class the time to try!?!
You don't need fancy yoga wear or studio props to practice yoga - ever.
If you have yoga props at home, you'll want to gather 2 blocks, five blankets, a strap, and a bolster.
No studio "props?" No problem!
Let's do some DIY!
Blocks - pots, pans, or tupperware containers.
Strap - a necktie or a housecoat belt
Bolster -roll some heavy bath towels or a couple of blankets into a pillow case
Blankets - of any sizes will do. Bath towels are also great to roll and place under the knees or arms.
