Yoga Nidra is like a guided meditation. There is no movement. Many people feel like they've had a three hour nap after a Yoga Nidra session! Approx 30 mins.

About the event
Please join the Zoom meeting at least five minutes before the class begins.
You will need a quiet space to feel the benefits of yoga nidra. Some folks enjoy an eye pillow or sleep mask.
When our bodies relax and rest, our body temperature drops. You may wish to use a blanket for comfort and warmth.
You may wish to set a timer as your body may wish to fall asleep during the meditation or you may zoom in and out of the experience. (If you do fall asleep that's okay!)
Approx 30 mins.
