Yoga Nidra is like a guided meditation. There is no movement. Many people feel like they've had a three hour nap after a Yoga Nidra session! Approx 30 mins.

This event is free for our Unleash Your Inner Peace community as a warm thank you!
You will need a quiet space to feel the benefits of yoga nidra. Some folks enjoy an eye pillow or sleep mask.
When our bodies relax and rest, our body temperature drops. You may wish to use a blanket for comfort and warmth.
You may wish to set your phone to do not disturb and a timer just in case your body may wish to fall asleep during the meditation or you may zoom in and out of the experience. (If you do fall asleep that's okay! It means your body needed it!)
PS-This is a condensed version of our yoga nidra class. Approx 20 mins.
PSS-If you can't attend at this time, no problem. I will send out the recording to folks who sign up.
