What to Expect

The class begins with a few gentle movements before laying down on our mats comfortably with blankets.

You will listen to my voice guide you throughout the class into deep relaxation and then you'll enjoy the healing vibrations of the gong wash over you.

P.S. There is no one "way" to experience Yoga Nidra - so cozy up and enjoy the deep rest!


* Wear comfy clothing, your yoga mat
