• a yoga mat, pillow, blankets, and an eye cushion to enhance your comfort during the session
• If you require something special for your comfort, please bring it along
• (optional) Any oracle cards or special items for setting your yoga nidra intention
• (optional) pen/journal/notebook if you'd like to write down any of the messages

* Please note that seating for this exclusive event is intentionally limited and small so that everyone is well taken care and has the opportunity to hear messages
