About the event

Want to sink deeply into rest on a regular weekly basis?

Rest is not a reward. Rest is a necessary physiological process... it's also an intentional process that our North American culture doesn't often afford us.

We can sleep and not feel fully rested. RESTorative yoga helps us melt into rest, layer by layer.

This isn't your average yoga class!

Restorative yoga is a specialized type of yoga that focuses on deep relaxation and support of the body without requiring muscular effort. All positions are laying down or supported seated postures - using blankets and yoga cushions called bolsters. No experience is needed - only a desire to rest!

Investing in your well-being through weekly restorative yoga is a powerful way to prioritize your self-care and support your overall well-being. A weekly practice can also make it easier to rest - if it's something that you find difficult (just like any practice or muscle training).

This isn't your average RESTORATIVE YOGA class!

This restorative yoga class is uniquely designed to provide you with extra specialized attention and greater use of props, allowing your body to truly rest deeply and sink into deeper relaxation. I specialize in observing your individual anatomy and supporting it accordingly, so you can relax into your journey of rest. By taking the time to build our postures up in this way, we lovingly demonstrate self-care and provide our bodies with the refractory period it needs to fully relax and rejuvenate.

$150 for 6 sessions or $30 drop in

Included - tax, and any of the "comforts" you'll need to relax (bolsters, blankets, blocks)
