What to Expect:
To prepare for Yoga Nidra we may begin with a few gentle movements or a breath technique before resting comfortably on your yoga mat (bring as many comforts as you wish - eye pillow, blankets, pillow, cozy socks).
There is not one right way to experience Reiki and Yoga Nidra. In our everyday lives we are often called upon to give. In this practice you are welcomed to rest and receive the practice. Immerse yourself with the vibrations of the gong and crystal harp wash over your body even at the cellular level as the nervous systems balance and deep rest is experienced.
