This mindful movement class is a "slow flow" - perfect pairing of mindful movement with the breath. Great for all experience levels or folks who want to meditate to support their nervous system but at the moment find it difficult to do so.

About the event

Materials: Yoga mat. 

Optional but recommended: It might be helpful to have a couple of blankets or bath towels nearby. 

A chair is great to support balancing poses. Pots, pans, or tupperware of the same height are great substitutes for yoga blocks!

Remember, if it hurts, don't do it :) 

No socks will prevent sliips or trips.
