Morning: Heart Animal Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing.
We will start the day with gentle Heart Animal Yoga Nidra, a practice that invites you to mostly lay down, and offers guidance through the layers of yourself known as the koshas, for a non-sleep deep rest (real rest!). Tap into your inner wisdom and immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of the heart gong and the angelic vibrations of the crystal harp.
