Whether you're a longtime Reiki student or looking to revisit the basics, this refresher course will reignite your healing practice and deepen your connection to Reiki energy.

This course is perfect for Usui Reiki Level 1 students  if you want to:

• Refresh your knowledge: We'll revisit the foundations of Reiki, exploring its history, philosophy, and core principles.
• Refine your practice: Review hand positions for self-treatment and practice giving a Reiki table treatment.
• Deepen your Reiki practice: Explore traditional Reiki energy system and meditation techniques
• Reconnect with Reiki: Receive Reiju, a traidtional Reiki spiritual blessing to your soul level, from experienced Reiki Teacher Teresa.

Open to All!

This refresher course is open to all Level 1+ Reiki practitioners, regardless of when you received your attunement.

This could also be beneficial for folks curious from western lineages who are curious about Reiki's roots.
