About the event
Join Teresa and Emily in a YOUnique workshop just for educators - to help you flow through the remaining months of the school year.

Sun. May 28th 1-3 pm,
Sun. June 11th 1-3pm.
Emily is a trained teacher and therapist. Teresa is a teacher, yoga teacher, and reiki healer/teacher. They understand what the April-May-June can be like. Especially right now.
The mini-retreat will include supports for the nervous system - practical tips for before, during, and after your work day.
The experiential portion will be yoga nidra -said to feel like a 3 hour power nap - also called non-sleep-deep-rest followed by a gentle sound healing.
No yoga experience is needed. The yoga portion is mostly laying down.
