About the event
Join us for a weekly Hatha yoga class focusing on stretching and strengthening.
This is a family friendly class. It's a great opportunity for you and your children to do an activity together.
The goal is to be able to do this with our kids or with our family, however you can also just have your child participate, as we understand scheduling can be difficult to coordinate.
When: Tuesdays at 9am. 60 mins
(about 45 mins of stretching designed for hockey players and 15 mins of core training)
