Yoga Nidra for Gracie July 1

Looking for a way to beat the "3 o'clock slump" without reaching for caffeine or sugar?

The rest gained from a Yoga Nidra session is said to feel equivalent to a 3 hour nap!

This is a yogic version of a guided meditation where you will be lead through the layers of ourselves- inviting a deep relaxation for your nervous system.

P.S. There is no one "way" to experience Yoga Nidra - so cozy up at home and enjoy a little self care!

What You'll Need:

Rest comfortably on a bed, couch or yoga mat in comfy clothing.

​

​Socks are a great addition if your feet get cold easily. When we relax our body temperatures can drop.

​

You might like to add an eye pillow (or use a hand towel) to cover the eyes.

​

Snuggling up with a blanket and supporting comfort zones like the neck and knees can help you relax.

Please join the Zoom meeting a few minutes before the class begins.

You may wish to set a timer as your body may wish to fall asleep during the meditation or you may zoom in and out of 

the experience. (If you do fall asleep that's okay!)
