Service Description

Okuden, the Second Degree, (Inner Teachings in Japanese) is designed for those who wish to continue their learning in the traditional Japanese roots of the Usui Reiki Ryoho system. Participants choose this course because it is spread over four weeks to ensure a comprehensive and fulfilling learning experience, allowing you to fully integrate the teachings into your life. Course Curriculum * Let’s go deeper with the precepts * Learn 3 of the 4 symbols, kotodama (sounds) and uses * Learn and practice "distance" healing * Practice giving and receiving Reiki each class using new techniques * Practitioner: Code of ethics Included in the Course Fee: * Reiki II Manual (International House of Reiki) * The Three Okuden Attunements * Teacher support inside and outside of the classroom * Reiki II Okuden Certification of Completion (attendance to all classes required)

 Class Details: * Duration: 4 weeks: all sessions must be attended to receive certification * Investment: $444 Additional Notes: * Missed classes must be made up before the next scheduled class at a rate $75. * We strive to make this course accessible to all communities and we welcome you. ​​ Prerequisites: * Usui Reiki Ryōhō Level 1 training with Teresa, Let Animals Lead® Method Level 1, or completion of the Online Bridge Course for practitioners trained in other lineages -ex: Usui Shiki Ryoho (avail August 2026) Why? The traditional foundations are required to have a shared starting point for this course. * Attend three Reiki shares OR 3 sessions with a family/friend * 21-day self-practice, which may have been completed recently or many years ago — all experience is welcome Join us on this path of self-discovery, where you'll gain the confidence and skills to EMBODY and LIVE Reiki, creating balance and reconnecting with the wholeness you are.
